Excellent Medical Facility looking to add experienced Inpatient RN Labor & Delivery Manager to their team!
 

We are looking for a Labor & Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team! Using your expertise and leadership skills, you will lead a team of over 120 with a patient ratio of 1:1 for high risk, and 1:2 for other cases. In setting consistent and excellent nursing practices with your team, you will have a direct role in safe deliveries for healthy moms and babies –this could include possible high-risk antepartum care, labor support, C-sections, and newborn care. You will collaborate and lead a multidisciplinary team and provide support throughout the women’s service line.

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED) or Completion of a CMC Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required 
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing required - minimum education = Associate's Degree
• Demonstrated expertise in the service area and leadership ability required 
• 3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required 
• Previous leadership experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required
• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required 
• RN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license required
