Drivers will be hauling palletized groceries in dry van and pup trailers from the distribution center in the Sumner/Tacoma WA area to customers in WA and OR:

- When delivering in pup trailers, the trailer size will be 27', 31', and 34'
- An average of 25% of loads will be doubles.
- At the receiver, freight will be a combination of driver assist and live unload by the customer
- Driver assist stops will require the driver to use an electric pallet jack to tailgate freight to the end of the trailer for the customer to unload
- 75% of stops will be driver assist
- 25% of stops will be live unload by the customer
Special Requirements:
- Driver is required to obtain doubles endorsement within 30 days of hire
- Account will reimburse the cost of the doubles endorsement
- Driver must be willing and able to chain as weather dictates
- Driver is required to assist other DCS/JBI accounts as needed
Truck Info:
- Automatic International day cab trucks
- Slip seating is required
- Truck must be left at the account for time off.
- $0.54-$0.58 cents per mile
- No touch stop pay: $30 per stop
- Driver assist stop pay: $45 per stop
- Doubles loads: $25 per load
- Outsource work: $200-$400 per day
- New hire training pay: $20 per hour. $30 per hour for overtime
- Holiday pay: $300 per day
- Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $86,233
