Position Summary: The Physical Therapist is a registered professional who evaluates, plans, directs and administers programs of physical therapy upon referral by the physician. He/she will deliver services consistent with Rehabilitation Services policies and procedures.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited program.

Experience: No experience required.

Licensure, Registration, or Certification:
Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in state of South Carolina.
