Job Description
Job Title: OT - Home Care PERM
Unit: Home Care
Unit Description: Home health is a unique therapy setting in that you get to spend 45 minutes to 1 hour of one on one time with each patient visit. You work in the most functional setting available - the patients home. $30-$40 an hour depending on experience. Facility will consider New Grads.
