Excellent Company looking to add an Account Executive to their team!

Duties & Responsibilities:
The Senior Strategic Account Executive is responsible for the financial and strategic management of our most complex book of business; this position for the retention, customer satisfaction and the strategic direction of assigned accounts.
  • Constantly exceeds objectives for persistency and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and monitor client financial performance including renewal planning a negotiation
  • Establish and maintain “strong and appropriate” relationships with customers, producers and vendors
  • Preparation for and participation in new businesses site visits and finalist presentation, provide feedback to management on market trends s represented by you clients
  • Maintain high level of industry and technical knowledge
  • Delivers exceptional performance strives to achieve stretch objectives focuses on results, not efforts
  • Through understanding all aspects of financial characteristics for assigned accounts
  • Effectively uses and understands claim and trend data to effect positive change, Proactively alerts clients of changing trends
  • Self-motivated, maintains a high level of work quality and is dependable in meeting commitments and fulfilling obligations
  • Consistently demonstrates ability to act and react swiftly to challenges
  • Adheres to all corporate compliance requirements
  • Builds and strengthens customer relationships, finds better way to meet customer needs, acts ethically, maintain the highest personal and professional integrity
 
Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk, mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are account for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following, and adhering to and of applicable company policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions, commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.
 


Required Work Experience, Qualifications &/or Education:
  • 5-10 years of experience
  • 7+ years of insurance experience 
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience developing and maintain strong working relationships with customers and prospects
  • Experience effectively marketing to carriers and customers
  • Experience managing the largest and most complex commercial property and casualty accounts
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • 7+ large agency or commercial brokerage experience as a consultant, Account Executive
  • Experience in managing complex and demanding clientele
  • Adheres to service excellence principles
  • Finance/underwriting acumen
  • Solid influence, collaboration and listening skills
  • Ability to create strategic visions and plan its implantation
 
Job Expectations
  • Designated insurance license requirements must be completed within 180 days of hire date
