Excellent Company looking to add Account Executive/Sales to their team!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the combined Commercial line functions of account management, to develop and sustain relationships with existing clients, as well as generating new business revenues
- Retain existing accounts and develop opportunities for revenue enhancement with the largest and most complex clients seeks referral opportunities from existing clients
- Produce new business from new and existing clients
- Ensure account profitability by managing the time and resources required to provide clients with high quality services per the client service plan
- Develops and maintains consultative, partnership relationships with clients understand their business sufficiently to provide advice, recommendations and services that are focused on their specific needs as appropriate to their strategic business plans addresses client’s needs for professional communication and ensure clients receive timely and accurate service
- Develops comprehensive client service plans that reflect client’s business and risk management goals, and includes an outline of the services to be provided and action plans that include critical milestones, due dates and accountabilities
- Communicates with client and service team members to obtain the highest degree of client satisfaction
- Lead client meetings with a strategic voice and propose risk management alternatives, recommending solutions
- Work closely with Sales Executive on new business opportunities
- Assess various program structures, recommending the optimum solution(s) to satisfy client’s unique profile
- Conduct risk management due diligence for acquisition targets
- Review contracts including leases, vendors and subcontractor agreements and recommend most favorable language
Required Work Experience, Qualifications &/or Education:
- 5+ years of insurance experience
- Microsoft Suite experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Insurance license for designated insurance line required within 6 months of hire
- 15+ years’ experience in the insurance business
- CPCU and/or ARM
- Carrier experience
- Proven track record of 95%+ client retention
- Global expertise
- Real estate expertise/experience
- Captive expertise/experience
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in marketing of accounts and loss forecasting and projections
- Proven track record for growing book of business
