"Looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help fill job orders; we currently have many to fill. The job orders range from IT to Finance to Healthcare positions.
This is a COMMISSION BASED position. You will be paid a percentage of what the Agency makes.
Job Responsibilities:
-Search resume database
-Post job openings
-Conduct pre-screening interviews
-Submit qualified candidate to manager for final screening
-Enter detailed notes into ATS system regarding candidates and/or clients
-Provide customer service to candidates as well as clients when needed
-Additional administrative duties as needed
Must possess:
-Excellent sales, communication and organizational skills
-Experience with MS Suite (Word, Excel)
-Outgoing, positive personality to include be driven and motivated to get the job done
-Ability to work independently and without direct supervision
-Creativity when and where needed
Must have a home office to include:
-Computer (MS Suite)
-Scanner
-Fax
-Telephone
-Internet
-Quiet work area
