Enterprise Vault Engineer

This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance.
Requirements: The following skills, knowledge and experience are required for this position:
- 5+ years working with Symantec Enterprise Vault for medium to large enterprises
- Intimate knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008 implementation, clustering and troubleshooting techniques
- SQL Server monitoring and backup procedures
- Exchange 2007/2010 administration and migration experience
- Aid in day-to-day administration of the Enterprise Vault Servers
- Tasks include, but are not limited to, creating and deleting EVault accounts, retrieving historical messages, PST ingestions, and performing custom searches on EVault servers
- Installation and configuration of servers within the production and test environments
- Analyze storage data, develop action plans and relay those items to management
- Exchange messaging, journaling and archiving solutions
- Email Migration thru EV PST Import tool
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Very organized and detail-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure, meet aggressive deadlines and make effective decisions
- Sound knowledge of infrastructure technology, including distributed systems, platforms, networking protocols/topology, storage, messaging, security, desktop and applications
- BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
