The selected candidate will perform the following duties:
- Responsible for the delivery of solutions within the client’s Identity Management Project Delivery Team
- Responsible for Identity Management project deliverables
- Focus on application development in a fast paced environment
- Work with Peer Teams to design solutions
- Supply work estimates for tasks
- Work with Project Management and leadership to communicate status of tasks
- Communicate with Project Management and leadership when unable to meet project deliverables or deadlines

Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer or related field
- MDM Server experience
- UI Generator experience
- J2EE/Java experience
- Seasoned professional
- Good Communication Skills Ability to take technical details and simplify for explanation with Project Management and Leadership
- Self-Motivated
- Ability to Identify and Solve Problems to supply leadership with technical answers and options
- Must prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines and deliverables
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time
- Experience with Windows 2003 and above
- 3+ years of Java experience
- Experience with Java, J2EE technologies including Servlets, Java Server Pages (JSP),and EJBs
- Good knowledge of application servers (preferably WebSphere)
- Experience with web development frameworks (Spring WebFlow, Struts etc.)
- Experience with JUnit, Ant and code quality analysis tools like FindBugs, PMD etc.
- Experience with Agile Methodologies, Test First Development and Refactoring
- Base knowledge with networking and TCP/IP
