A Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or an
equivalent combination of education and work experience.
8 + years experience in a client service role.
Experience and good understanding with all aspects of IT network/ infrastructure management and
related protocols (e.g. SNMP, SBNP, IPSec, MIB, ICMP, etc.)
Strong background in Functional Testing, Performance Testing, Load Testing, Fail-over Testing, and/or
Server-side testing within a Window/ Linux/Unix environment.
Familiarity with integrated EMS(Event Management System).
Hands-on experience integrating telecommunication systems into tools like IBM Tivoli Netcool/OMNIbus
Operations Management Software or HP TeMIP OSS service assurance software a must.
Knowledge of wireless telecommunications technologies a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and time-management.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Act as a subject matter expert in network infrastructure issues of engineering and implementation for
Manager of Managers.
Work with third party vendors and telecom providers to bring issues to resolution.
Provide telecom support for a complex enterprise environment with multiple vendor products.
Develop test plans/ test cases/functional design and perform verification testing.
Perform/Spearhead Validation & UAT testing as and when required.
Prepare/Review Detail Design documentation and UI prototypes to assess usability and testability.
Work with engineering team members in resolving design and implementation issues.
